Roles & Responsibilities
Point of Contact for Shepherdsville location
Train all new onboards on Mckesson knowledge and procedures as well as proprietary software(scale server)
Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment.
Deploy EUC devices and Equipment with the defined SLA.
Troubleshoot and fix issues with laptops, printers and Mobile.
IT Stockroom Management
respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues and management of escalations
handle customers' complaints and ensure customer satisfaction during closure.
