You in This Role You are resourceful, calm under pressure, and love solving problems. You're the person people trust when something breaks, because you can fix it, explain it, and make it better than it was before.
You enjoy being hands-on with laptops, networks, and equipment, but you also think strategically about systems, security, and long-term solutions. You understand when to recommend new tools, when to consolidate systems, and how to help a company grow in a secure, scalable direction.
You're patient with non-technical users, enjoy creating workable solutions with imperfect information, and you're comfortable building IT infrastructure from the ground up.
Must have the ability to hold government clearance.
