desk support, workstation setup, and network maintenance, making it

technology. Key Responsibilities Provide help desk support for hardware,
software, and network issues Set up, configure, and maintain
workstations, printers, and peripherals Install, test, upgrade, and
repair computer systems and equipment Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN
network performance and security Perform troubleshooting, routine
maintenance, and system backups Track and document issues, repairs, and
maintenance activities Support technology upgrades with minimal

all times Qualifications Associate degree in IT or related field or 13
