Job Summary
We are hiring a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide desktop support, helpdesk services, and on-site technical support for business clients. This role supports Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general network troubleshooting.
This is an in-office position with local field service visits during business hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk and desktop support for business clients
- Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and basic network issues
- Manage and respond to service tickets in a PSA/ticketing system
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Escalate advanced technical issues when needed
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Deploy and configure workstations and user environments
- Deliver professional, customer-focused support
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support experience
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience working with a ticketing system or service desk
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
- Clean background and driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
- Experience with RMM and PSA tools
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- IT certifications or technical coursework
