OAHS is seeking a highly skilled
System Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our technical infrastructure. This role is critical to maintaining a stable environment across Microsoft 365, identity services, and core systems. Post-V2 migration, this position will assume full ownership of our Active Directory ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all OAHS technical environments.
- Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, Virtualization (VMWare), Windows Servers, and Cisco Network Appliances
- Perform identity lifecycle management for all accounts and access under OAHS control.
- Handle Tier-2 escalations and provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex system issues.
- Participate in server patching cycles, monitoring activities, and backup verification to ensure availability and disaster-readiness.
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, and change plans.
- Post-V2: Assume full responsibility for Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controller administration.
Education/Experience
- Associate's degree in computer/network security, information technology or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Computer proficiency required; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and identity management
- experience in systems administration within a healthcare or similar regulated environment preferred
Hours And Pay
- Part Time, 48 hours per 2 week pay period
