• Deliver high-quality technical support - 85% technical, 15% operations
• Manage and resolve help desk tickets
• Troubleshoot networking, Windows OS, cloud issues - 365, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, Group Policy
• Documentation, continual improvement
• 1–3 years IT Help Desk experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic networking, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365 tools.
Onsite Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm - 40 hours/week (1 hour unpaid lunch)
