Position Summary: The IT Analyst is responsible for providing outstanding IT support to internal and external customers and maintaining a stable workflow of in-house trouble tickets and IT related projects. This position is an in-person, in-office role. Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for the installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software, either in-person or remotely
- Analyze and resolve user hardware and software computer issues
- Provide training to team members where necessary
- Configure and deploy new hardware
- Respond to Help Desk requests
- Communicate system-wide technology issues in a timely manner
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provisions and maintains M365 accounts and software
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of direct experience in Information Technology
- Proficient in Windows, Linux
- Experience within Healthcare Industry preferred
