About the Role
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to support our day-to-day Apple and office technology environment. This role focuses on reliable end-user support, clean device setup, and responsive in-office assistance. This role serves as a trusted internal partner, ensuring that technology is reliable, organized, and ready to support the firm's operations. The IT Support Specialist plays an important role in maintaining a professional, responsive, and well-run technology environment while building a strong foundation for future growth within IT and business applications.
Responsibilities
- End-User & Desktop Support
- Configure and deploy Mac laptops for new hires and existing team members
- Troubleshoot common macOS, hardware, and application issues
- Provide in-person and remote desktop support
- Support onboarding and offboarding tasks under established processes
- Assist with tracking laptops, accessories, and peripherals
- Help maintain basic inventory and asset records
- Support software access requests and license tracking
- Document common fixes and how-to steps
- Deliver a high-quality internal experience by responding to requests with professionalism, clarity, and follow-through
- Office Technology & AV
- Provide basic support for conference rooms and meeting setups
- Assist with printer, Wi-Fi, and office connectivity issues
- Help prepare rooms and equipment for meetings and events
- Platform & Application Support
- Assist with user access and basic troubleshooting for core business tools
- Support Salesforce users with basic questions and navigation (experience a plus)
- Escalate complex system issues to senior IT leadership or vendors as needed
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support
- Hands-on experience supporting macOS environments
- Comfort providing in-person technical support
- Exposure to office technology, printers, or AV support
- Interest in SaaS tools and business applications
- Skills & Attributes

- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Calm approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with non-technical colleagues
