JCW Group has partnered with a Managing General Underwriting agency that provides solutions across insurance. They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team and manage day-to-day IT operations. In this hybrid role (4 days onsite/1 day remote), you will provide technical support while assisting with upgrades, maintenance, and IT security initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support and escalate issues as needed
- Assist with user manuals, testing IT security, and IR plans
- Support general administrative IT tasks
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of IT support experience
- Experience with Windows, Windows Servers, networks, PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and decommissioning
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central, Office 365, Intune, and Azure
- Basic SQL and programming knowledge
- Insurance experience and a 4-year degree preferred
