IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN in
Findlay, Ohio.

What you will do:
- Schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Mon - Fri
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Hardware repair
- Respond to IT Support requests
- New hire IT orientations
- Assist other projects and work as needed
Skills needed for success:
- Six months experience in similar role
- Software and peripheral troubleshooting
- Able to repair workstation hardware
- Fundamentals of networking (Layers 1-3)
- Windows server knowledge
- Cable management
- Ability to communicate and present training materials effectively in group settings
- Flexibility to switching tasks and prioritizing changing demands
- The preferred candidate will be organized, with strong customer service skills, and have experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in office and plant floor environment
