Busy, growing Tampa window and; door company seeking sharp, high-energy Outside Sales Rep. Run warm leads, conduct in-home consultations, demo premium energy-efficient products, and close deals for homeowners.
Daily tasks:
Follow up on provided leads and self-generated opportunities
In-home presentations and; measurements
Build proposals, negotiate, and close sales
Light CRM updates and follow-up
Be the professional face of EcoView Windows and Doors
Hours & Pay:
Flexible schedule in the field
uncapped commissions/bonuses
Realistic $250,000+ OTE for top performers
What we need:
Positive energy & great people skills (love talking to homeowners!)
Sales experience a plus (home improvement/windows ideal but not required – we train winners)
Reliable transportation
