Position SummaryWe're looking for an ingredient-loving, produce-obsessed restaurant enthusiast with a natural talent for sales and a proven ability to lead. This role calls for a true people person-someone who understands the power of planning, organization, clear direction, and inspiration. You'll thrive if you love analyzing reports, solving problems, meeting new people, training and developing teams, and spending plenty of time on the road.
Responsibilities - Spread the Baldor Word
Drive new business by visiting clients, connecting by phone, deepening your knowledge of specialty foods, farms, and local partners, and participating in market research. - Manage the Money
Maintain and monitor sales budgets across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines. Review regional expenses and recommend opportunities for improvement. - Share Your Two Cents
Analyze results and the competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to the Director of Sales on products, services, and policies. - Nerd Out on Data
Submit and review activity and performance reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. - Master the Tech
Become an expert on the Baldor website so you can coach customers and your team on its features and benefits. - Love Productive Meetings
Participate in weekly strategy sessions with the Sales Director and lead regular check-ins with Sales Executives and Associates. - Lead to Success
Manage and develop a regional sales team by setting and forecasting individual, team, and regional short- and long-term goals. Train through seminars and presentations, focus on acquiring and growing accounts, and execute plans that meet and exceed company objectives. - Be the Leader People Love Working For

Requirements & Skills- Experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated with a strong, results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
