Lawn Tech 1 β $16/hr
β’ Entry level
β’ Learn basic maintenance, equipment, and safety
Lawn Tech 2 β $17/hr
β’ Reliable and consistent
β’ Skilled with trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers
Lawn Tech 3 β $18/hr
β’ Works independently
β’ Shows leadership potential
Assistant Crew Leader β IN TRAINING β $17β$18/hr
β’ Training position (not a guaranteed promotion)
β’ Assists Crew Leader
β’ Learns leadership, job pacing, and quality standards
β’ Must complete this role before becoming Assistant Crew Leader
Assistant Crew Leader β $19/hr
β’ Can run small properties
β’ Helps manage daily tasks and crew direction
Crew Leader β IN TRAINING β $19β$20/hr
β’ Leads jobs under supervision
β’ Learns route planning and crew management
Crew Leader β $20/hr
β’ Runs full routes or jobs
β’ Responsible for quality and training
Senior Crew Leader β $21/hr
β’ Oversees large or complex routes
β’ Mentors and trains team members
π RAISES & GROWTH (IMPORTANT)
β Raises are reviewed yearly
β Raises are not automatic
β Raises happen during scheduled performance reviews only
Employees can earn raises in two ways:
Promotion (when positions are available)
Annual percentage raises β even if no higher position is open
π Example:
A Lawn Tech who has been with the company multiple years can still receive raises without changing job titles, if performance and attendance standards are met.
β±οΈ ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT FOR RAISES
To qualify for raises or promotions, you must have 60 consecutive days before review with:
β’ No unexcused absences
β’ No write-ups
β’ No late arrivals
β’ No leaving early without approval
