We offer a defined pay structure — no guessing, no empty promises.
💰 PAY STRUCTURE & POSITIONS
Lawn Tech 1 – $16/hr
• Entry level
• Learn basic maintenance, equipment, and safety
Lawn Tech 2 – $17/hr
• Reliable and consistent
• Skilled with trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers
Lawn Tech 3 – $18/hr
• Works independently
• Shows leadership potential
Assistant Crew Leader – IN TRAINING – $17–$18/hr
• Training position (not a guaranteed promotion)
• Assists Crew Leader
• Learns leadership, job pacing, and quality standards
• Must complete this role before becoming Assistant Crew Leader
Assistant Crew Leader – $19/hr
• Can run small properties
• Helps manage daily tasks and crew direction
Crew Leader – IN TRAINING – $19–$20/hr
• Leads jobs under supervision
• Learns route planning and crew management
Crew Leader – $20/hr
• Runs full routes or jobs
• Responsible for quality and training
Senior Crew Leader – $21/hr
• Oversees large or complex routes
• Mentors and trains team members
📈 RAISES & GROWTH (IMPORTANT)
✔ Raises are reviewed yearly
✔ Raises are not automatic
✔ Raises happen during scheduled performance reviews only
Employees can earn raises in two ways:
Promotion (when positions are available)
Annual percentage raises — even if no higher position is open
👉 Example:
A Lawn Tech who has been with the company multiple years can still receive raises without changing job titles, if performance and attendance standards are met.
⏱️ ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT FOR RAISES
To qualify for raises or promotions, you must have 60 consecutive days before review with:
• No unexcused absences
• No write-ups
• No late arrivals
• No leaving early without approval
