Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Technician based in New York, NY. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining and repairing desktop computers, resolving printer-related issues, and performing troubleshooting for various hardware and software problems. The role also involves addressing technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and delivering excellent customer support to all users as part of day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to resolve system and software issues effectively
- Proficiency in managing and repairing Desktop Computers and providing Printer Support
- Experience in Computer Repair and maintenance
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of network systems and basic IT infrastructure (preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
