Job Description:
The Entry-Level IT Help Desk Specialist provides first-line technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues through phone, email, and in-person channels. This role is responsible for diagnosing problems, documenting resolutions, escalating complex issues to senior technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the support process. The specialist assists with workstation setup, software installation, account management, and routine system maintenance while following established IT procedures and security best practices. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and able to communicate technical information clearly to users of all skill levels.
Compensation:
$17/hr to $18/hr.
