Are you passionate about health, safety, and making a real impact in the field? Savanna Well Servicing is looking for a dedicated HSE Advisor to join our team in Grande Prairie, AB.
As a key member of our HSE team, you'll spend 80% of your time in the field, supporting our operations to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence across Western Canada.
🛠 What You'll Do
• Champion and model our Savanna One Principles
• Educate and mentor teams on HSE best practices
• Lead field inspections and incident investigations
• Support continuous improvement through data and analysis
• Stay ahead of industry standards and OH&S regulations
• What We're Looking For
• 5+ years in an HSE role (field experience - travelling to multiple work sites), well servicing industry experience is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of OH&S, AER, and IRPs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Certificate/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (clean abstract)
• Based in or around Grande Prairie.
Candidate must be willing to travel out of town in remote locations regularly, work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
