- Low volume: ~500 deliveries annually
- Reliable block schedule: 5 days/month
- Full-scope responsibilities: OB & GYN, with a mix of clinic and on-call coverage
- Schedule:
- Mon–Fri: Clinic + on-call
- Sat & Sun: On-call only
