We're hiring a Concrete Project Manager / Estimator to manage concrete and restoration projects from bid through completion. This role combines accurate estimating with hands-on project coordination to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
What You'll Do- Estimate concrete, flatwork, foundation, and restoration projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and field execution
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes for accuracy
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and inspections
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers
Requirements- Experience estimating concrete or restoration construction projects
- Strong project management and field coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
