Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all school-based services (SBS) programs across the enterprise.
• Ensure high-quality program delivery and drive continuous improvement based on evidence-based practices.
•Assistin developing, implementing, and evaluating the Centerstone SBS model to support quality and efficiency.
• Serve as a content expert on youth mental health and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with market and regional directors to ensure alignment in program delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Lead data-driven quality measurement for SBS programs, focusing on outcomes and client satisfaction.
•Participatein budgeting and resource allocation discussions alongside market leadership teams.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the success of programs and the organization.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
•Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldrequired.
• Five years of related school-based services leadership experiencerequired.
• Clinical licensure preferred (LPC, MCSW, LMFT, etc.).

• Ability to communicate effectively in various formats (written, verbal, in-person, and virtual).
•Demonstratedcustomer service skills and professional etiquette.
• Ability to build strong relationships with school administrators and community stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Competency in using data for decision-making and quality improvement.
Physical Requirements:
• ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during workshift.
• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
