Agropur is currently looking for a Sales Manager Food Services to join its St-Hubert team.
The Sales Manager Food Services will be responsible for managing the business development of the assigned district, promoting the products marketed by the company and coordinating activities in order to meet the various sales objectives.

Salary range 006: $ 98 400$ to $123 000 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills).
What’s involved in this role:
The Sales Manager Food Services will have the following main responsibilities:
Leads, manages, motivates, and supervises a sales team, including Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), to achieve objectives within the foodservice sector.
Ensures proper execution of product launches while respecting budgets and deadlines.
Monitors territory growth to align with the performance of banners present in that territory.
Recommends and develops, in collaboration with team members, action plans and sales and distribution strategies to increase sales and counter competition.
Coordinates and maximizes the distribution of foodservice products through distributor agents and the sales team.
Organizes and facilitates coaching sessions with TSMs and prepares evaluations of team members aimed at skill development.
Participates in negotiating commercial agreements.
Handles tasks related to account management, including business reviews, while supporting TSMs responsible for these activities.
Manages, promotes, and recommends effective call coverage strategies for clients and ensures optimal management of company priorities.
Analyzes and communicates market information effectively.
Coordinates returns to meet company objectives.
Manages price lists, registrations, temporary discounts, and budget management.
Provides appropriate sales tools to support sales coordinators in achieving their objectives.
What You Need to Join Our Team:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or other relevant field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development and sales.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing a sales team.
Relevant experience in the food or consumer products industry.
Proficiency with common software such as Microsoft Office, Nielsen – Oracle.
Must hold a valid driver’s license for travel.
Customer-oriented with demonstrated sales expertise.
Excellent skills in qualifying, negotiating, and closing sales.
Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English (English required to work with colleagues from other Canadian provinces).
