We're looking for an IT Support Technician who loves being "on the front lines" of technology. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for employees at our Manchester facility, keeping their systems running smoothly so they can focus on designing, building, and delivering cutting-edge products.

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of IT support on site—helping employees stay productive, ensuring new hires are set up for success, and keeping our hardware, software, and basic networking humming in the background.
Why This Role Matters:
- Keep teams productive by troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues for onsite and remote employees.
- Ensure employees have the tools they need by installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, applications, and company devices.
- Set new hires up for success by supporting onboarding, including workstation setup, device provisioning, account setup, and user training.
- Support a stable and secure environment through routine system maintenance of IT and OT systems.
- Reduce downtime by handling minor hardware repairs and coordinating escalations when more complex support is required.
- Create clarity and continuity by maintaining accurate documentation, ticket data, and asset tracking.
- Enable effective collaboration within the IT team by providing clear handoffs to senior IT engineers for complex issues or system-level troubleshooting.
- Drive consistency and efficiency by developing and following operating procedures for repeat tasks.
- Contribute to the overall success of the IT function through additional responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of workstation hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Ability to handle most issues independently while knowing when to escalate.
- Customer-focused mindset with solid communication and follow-through.
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry computer equipment.
- Comfortable climbing ladders or using lifts as needed.

This pay range is specific to the location where the role is posted. Final pay will depend on experience, skill level, and other job-related factors.
