Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
- Assess, monitor, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform wound assessments and treatments in coordination with specialty providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with hospital standards
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or a Compact (NLC) license
- Experience in acute care, wound care, or psychiatric nursing preferred
- Strong clinical acumen and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Availability to work three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
