About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated junior-level candidates or fresh graduates to join our Technical Support team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in desktop support and technical devices, who are eager to build their career in IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other technical devices.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
- Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT/Tech Support.
- Basic knowledge of desktop support, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and technical devices.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT support role
