I’m helping RemoteWorks find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Level 1 Onsite & Remote Computer / Network Technician.
You'll provide technical support while developing advanced skills in dynamic IT environments
Compensation:
USD 3.5K - 4K/month
+ Commissions (~USD1K/month)
+ Bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation)
+ Overtime (USD30/hour)

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in Troubleshooting, Software installation, Network installation, Customer service, Computer maintenance.
- You are a novice in Networking, Computer networking, Account management.
- English - Fully fluent
Responsibilities and more:
- Level 1 computer knowledge, basic troubleshooting of onsite user related needs.
- Basic Networking knowledge, Office365, basic software installation, customer service skills, basic computer installation, basic account and client relationship management.
- Assisting higher level engineers with their tasks, will also be continually taught additional skills by existing team members.
