We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team to provide support to our salon locations with IT and operational issues.
This Full-Time position is based in Naples, Florida at our Corporate Office. We offer a Full Package of Health benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision), Life and Long-Term Disability benefits, 401(k) and an extremely generous Paid Time Off policy.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience working IT Help Desk/IT support.
- Extensive knowledge of Desktop Support with Windows and using remote log in software.
- 2 years minimum experience working with local and wide area networking systems and hardware (routers, switches, modems, etc)
- Willing and able to work nights and weekends
- Experience with VOIP camera and phone systems a plus.
Responsibilities
- Be able to remotely diagnose and correct hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure Windows/Linux/Android based systems
- Creating and maintaining support documentation
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Show initiative in improving and generating support procedures that increase system and support efficiency.
- Be able to work constructively within a team environment.
