100% Remote
$14.50/hr W2 (no visa sponsorship provided and no C2C) - paid weekly with benefits available if needed (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) - max pay rate
Multiple Start Dates:
1/7 Start Date is for the following shifts:
- 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (limited spots)
- 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
- 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
- 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
1/28 Start Date is for the following shifts:
- 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
- 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Top 3 Technical skills:
· Troubleshooting/ Remoting into laptops
o Assigned a primary region, and a few that they back up
o 15 calls in a busy day (average length is 5-7 min)
· Clearing cache and cookies
o Walking non-technical people through (teachers is their clients)
· Actual Verbal/Written Comm - Multitasking

- Provide expert-level technical support to end users experiencing issues with laptops, software, and hardware components.
