Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Clinton Township, MI. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and repairing computer systems, maintaining printers, and supporting the IT infrastructure to minimize downtime. The technician will also assist in setting up and configuring hardware and software as required.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Experience with Computer Repair and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with a variety of team members and end-users
- Prior hands-on IT support experience, preferably in an on-site environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar, are a plus
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
