Looking for 4 Mid- Senior level Desktop Support Technicians to join their team across different locations. They will work closely together with the Regional IT manager, the Global Service Desk, Desktop Support Services and Remote Desktop Support Team. Thes technicians will need to provide exceptional customer service when working on Infrastructure and Application Incidents and will need to manage the workstation compliance dashboard for their locations to a minimal number of defects. They will also manage the procurement and deployment of new, and the decommissioning of old computer hardware and software. The best fit will be someone who is looking to grow within the organization with the goal to move into a lead position in the future as well as has a passion for IT!
Job Description
8+ years of Desktop Support Experience using Windows and Mac computers Experience in a lead position Has experience building Windows computers Strong experience with Intune, CSSM, Teams (video conferencing), and Okta Hands on experience with Networking equipment, server rooms, Office 365, and ServiceNow ticketing systems Strong customer service skills to C- Suite Executives
