Our client, a growing law firm with offices in Dupont Circle is searching for an IT Support Specialist who loves tackling challenges, delivering top-notch customer service, and keeping systems running smoothly. This is your chance to be the go-to tech expert in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is role is a blend of helpdesk and desktop support for attorneys and clients and qualified applicants will have at least three years of relevant experience. Law firm experience is a huge plus!
What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of support for employees, ensuring their hardware, software, and network needs are met.
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Office 2016.
- Support remote access tools like VPN, Terminal Services, and wireless connectivity.
- Assist with specialized applications used in the legal field.
- Communicate solutions clearly, whether in writing or face-to-face.
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels, delivering excellent customer service every step of the way.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of IT support experience in an office setting.
- Strong references and tenure.
- An Associate’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and confidence in troubleshooting.
