IT Support Engineer

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day helpdesk support and keep requests moving with clarity and efficiency
- Work within Jira Service Management or similar platforms to track, prioritize, and improve support workflows
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and on-prem Active Directory
- Support identity and access management processes that keep users and systems secure
- Handle workstation provisioning, patching, and lifecycle maintenance
- Contribute to system reliability, performance monitoring, and general infrastructure operations
- Use PowerShell, Python, or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks
- Break complex issues into clear, actionable steps for teammates and end users
- Collaborate with a team that values accuracy, pride in work, and steady personal growth
What You’ll Need
- Experience with Jira or other modern helpdesk platforms such as JSM or ServiceNow
- Background in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory administration
- Familiarity with identity and access management
- Experience supporting workstation environments and core IT operations
- Comfort writing or modifying scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
- Clear communication in both written and verbal form
- Consistent follow-through, accountability, and a desire to learn and take ownership
