The Director will oversee technology purchasing, shape IT roadmap and manage the full employee technology lifecycle with a focus on automation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
This position blends long-term planning with day-to-day execution. It includes developing and enforcing internal IT policies, maintaining SOC2 and HIPAA readiness, improving procurement and access controls, and promoting a security-minded, efficiency-driven approach across all internal platforms and tools.
Required skills:
- 5-8+ years IT operations and management
- Healthcare industry experience
- Compliance experience (HIPAA, SOC2, etc)
- Collaborating with c-suite and stakeholders
- Strong background Google Workspace, Google Cloud
- Bachelors degree required, Masters degree desired
