IDR is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role supports the information technology needs of a large organization, providing technical assistance and support to a diverse user base across multiple locations. The position emphasizes hardware, software, and network troubleshooting in a remote setting.
Position Overview for the Helpdesk Analyst:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for a large, geographically dispersed user base
- Provide LAN support, and support for computer equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and multi-function devices
- Rebuild PCs, reconfigure user settings, and install new or updated software
- Assist with network and system hardware and software upgrades and enhancements
- Configure and install terminal emulation software for host connection and coordinate installation of network components
Requirements for the Helpdesk Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Help desk, Customer support, Active Directory, Computer networking, Analysis skills, IT support, Customer service
- Considerable imaging and deployment experience required
- GHOST 8.0 or above experience a must
- Familiarity with Free Open Ghost (FOG) is a plus but not required
