About the Role:
Demidchik Law Firm is a fast-growing, multi-office law firm seeking an In-House IT Specialist to manage our Microsoft 365 environment and device security. This role focuses heavily on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune device management, and hands-on support for attorneys and staff.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across all devices
• Handle device compliance, alerts, threat remediation, and policy enforcement
• Administer Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 (users, mailboxes, roles)
• Track and maintain hardware inventory and device lifecycle
• Provide user support (Windows/Mac, Outlook, Teams, printers, networking)
• Set up new employee devices and assist with onboarding
• Support VoIP systems (RingCentral or Teams Phone)
• Improve internal processes using tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable
Requirements:
• Strong experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (top priority)
• Proficiency with Intune and Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site (not a remote position)
Preferred:
• Experience with VoIP systems
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools
• Law firm IT background is a plus
