Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Help Desk Specialist located in Richmond, VA. The Help Desk Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including providing technical support, assisting with troubleshooting issues, and addressing software and hardware inquiries. Additional responsibilities include offering help desk and customer support to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges and maintaining a positive user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Familiarity with Desktop Computers and related hardware and software
- Proficiency in Customer Support with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Previous experience in IT or help desk roles is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are advantageous
