- Licensed Attorney with 5 to 10 years of relevant, sophisticated legal experience, either in a law firm or a combination of law firm and inhouse.
- Understanding of the finance industry; experience in structured finance, mortgage servicing and assetbased lending.
- Experience in creditor side bankruptcy/insolvency law with both transactional and litigation experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; strong negotiation and document drafting skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) and SharePoint.
Must Have Qualifications: - 5 to 10 years of sophisticated legal experience with a law firm or a combination of law firm and inhouse.
- Deep understanding of finance industry.
- Experience with bankruptcy and structured finance.
- Experience with complex financial transactions. Strong analytical skills, good attention to deal.
