Our global client in the pharmaceutical services space is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to join their growing Intelligence & Insights Practice. This is a highly collaborative, quantitatively driven, mixed-methods research role focused on developing a deep understanding of users and translating insights into actionable strategies that influence global business and product decisions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who is comfortable working across large, complex organizations and advocating for user experience at all levels. This position reports to the Director of Insights & Intelligence and partners closely with the Experience Research and Design (ExRD) team.
Responsibilities- Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess success across digital experiences.
- Identify and frame strategic problems, conduct end-to-end research, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that guide product roadmaps.
- Perform statistical analyses to uncover key insights and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with product teams to design, launch, and analyze surveys across software and hardware experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research and influence product direction.
- Deliver rigorous, high-quality research outcomes while managing multiple projects with varying scope and complexity.
- Present findings in compelling, accessible ways tailored to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
Experience & Education- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of applied research experience in UX, product, or related settings.
- Proficiency with research and analytics tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, FullStory, Glassbox, SPSS, SQL, or SAS.
- Experience visualizing insights using tools like PowerPoint, Figma, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end research, including usability, generative, and evaluative studies.
- A portfolio showcasing prior research deliverables and outcomes.

- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong strategic and discovery research capabilities with measurable business impact.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for senior leadership audiences.
- Ability to partner effectively with product and engineering leaders.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with research and design tools such as UserTesting, Userlytics, Figma, or Protopie.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance detailed execution and big-picture strategy.
