Description
Support nondedicated ITS staff across NYC and Long Island
Duties
These resources will support the ITS nondedicated team CTO employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing and refreshing computer equipment including desktops, laptops, docking station, phones, iPad & apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience (6+ Years)
- Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Requirements
- This is an 100% Onsite
- 36 Months experience with Windows, MacOS, IPadOS, Omnisssa Horizon.
- 24 Months Customer service experience.
- 24 Months Hardware experience (Desktops, Laptops, iPad, iPhone, Thin Clients, Printers, scanners).
- 12 Months Asset management experience.
- 12 months ITSM experience.
