A mid-sized, publicly traded manufacturer is hiring a Senior Director of FP&A reporting directly to the CFO to lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across the enterprise. This role partners directly with executives and the Board, builds scalable FP&A processes, and ensures insights aren't just accurate but communicated in a way that drives decisions.

The Role
- Lead all planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual, long-range) with accuracy and discipline
- Build and improve models, tools, and governance to support growth and scalability
- Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, providing forward-looking insights and recommendations
- Translate analysis into concise stories that resonate with executives and the Board
- Deliver board-level reporting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
- Lead and grow the FP&A team; mentor talent and establish best practices
- Drive process improvement, automation, and stronger forecasting discipline across the company
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of progressive FP&A/corporate finance experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA/CFA strongly preferred
- Proven success leading FP&A in a public or multi-site company
- Strong modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning depth
- Executive presence - able to simplify complexity and influence at the top

Compensation & Timing
- $190,000 - 205k,000 + Bonus 25%
