Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex projects, from initiation to closure. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with proven experience in project management methodologies.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver multiple projects, including client implementations, WMS/TMS upgrades, process improvements, and facility expansions.
- Develop project plans with clear scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage stakeholders across internal teams, clients, and vendors with effective communication.
- Oversee budgets, resources, risks, and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and lessons-learned practices.
Qualifications:- 3-5+ years of professional project management experience.
- Logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with WMS/TMS projects a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma a plus.
- Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office applications.
Additional Information:- Full-time, onsite role with up to 25% travel to client sites, vendor locations, or distribution centers.
Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
