🔨 About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience in custom or production cabinetry, understands shop drawings, and can work independently or as part of a team.
🧰 Responsibilities:
Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork according to specifications
Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and measurements
Operate woodworking machinery: table saws, edge banders, jointers, planers, etc.
Install hardware (hinges, drawer slides, handles)
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines
✅ Requirements:
2+ years of cabinet making or woodworking experience
Strong understanding of wood materials, construction methods, and joinery
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
⭐ Preferred (but not required):
Experience with CNC machinery
Finish carpentry or cabinet installation experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
