Save
This role is first and foremost about being on the front lines of UATX admissions. You will serve as a primary ambassador of the university—traveling across Texas and the U.S. to speak at high schools, college fairs, and affinity groups; delivering engaging talks and presentations; and building relationships that open pipelines to our programs. You will help design and execute dynamic recruitment events and webinars that showcase UATX’s distinctive mission, while ensuring that every student and family you meet leaves informed and inspired.

Alongside this outward-facing work (approx. 80% of the role), you will contribute selectively to Academic Affairs (approx. 20%), supporting key projects that keep our academic operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, mission-driven, and eager to combine the excitement of recruitment with the discipline of academic operations.
