Process Engineer (On-Site)

Role Description

• Help develop & improve manufacturing processes
• Create & interpret CAD drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
• Support production with troubleshooting & technical guidance
• Participate in lean manufacturing & process improvement projects
• Apply basic CNC programming & production planning skills
• Assist with process control & quality documentation
• Contribute to assigned engineering projects

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (Recent grads encouraged)
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Basic manufacturing principles knowledge
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Team player with good communication & time management
• Able to relocate or commute to Sayre, PA

Work Schedule

50 hours / Week is Mandatory.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or Any Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, or a related field, will be acceptable.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
