Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Novi, MI. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues related to desktop computers and other IT equipment. This role includes troubleshooting, help desk support, and assisting users with various IT problems on a day-to-day basis. The IT Support Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, support software applications, and maintain hardware systems.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Desktop Computers and Information Technology
- Experience in Help Desk Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or others are beneficial
