Good Time Moving & Storage is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a dual role as a Dispatcher & Outside Sales Representative. This is a part-time position (6 hours/day, 3 days/week) with the opportunity to go full-time based on performance.
Job Duties:
Dispatch Responsibilities:
• Schedule moves and assign crews and trucks
• Confirm move details with customers and crews
• Monitor daily job progress and handle any changes or issues
• Keep accurate logs and records of each move
Outside Sales Responsibilities:
• Visit customers in person (or virtually) to provide moving quotes
• Convert leads into booked jobs
• Network locally to generate new business
• Maintain follow-ups with potential customers
Requirements:
• Experience in dispatch, sales, or customer service (moving industry a plus)
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Friendly, professional, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using basic tech tools (email, calendar, CRM)
Compensation:
• Hourly pay (based on experience) + potential bonuses
