Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and launch high-impact campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and social platforms to drive measurable results. - Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Identify and attract top-of-funnel prospects, then guide them through the buyer journey with strategic touchpoints and nurture sequences. - Data & Performance Analytics
Monitor KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI across all campaigns. Use insights to iterate and improve performance. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align closely with the sales, creative, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts are driving real revenue outcomes. - Content Strategy
Partner with the team to develop engaging assets-landing pages, email flows, paid ad creative, and lead magnets. - Marketing Technology & Tools

Compensation & Growth Potential - Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000

- Total Earning Potential: $100,000-$120,000+ annually for high performers

What We're Looking For: - 2-4+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand/performance roles
