Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):- Diagnose and treat ENT conditions including sinusitis, allergies, hearing disorders, and head & neck issues
- Conduct thorough consultations and physical exams
- Perform procedures and surgeries (e.g., sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, head and neck oncology)
- Collaborate with Audiology, PCPs, and other specialists
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as audiograms, imaging, and biopsies
- Provide post-operative care and patient education
- Maintain timely and accurate patient records
- Participate in practice development and care innovation
Education & QualificationsFor Physicians (MD/DO):- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Wyoming license (or eligibility)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
For Physician Assistants:- Graduation from an accredited PA program
- ENT experience or training preferred (new grads welcome with interest in ENT)
- Certification and licensure in Wyoming (or eligibility)
- Strong diagnostic, procedural, and patient education skills
Compensation & Benefits- Physician Base Salary: up to $650,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
