POSITION OVERVIEW
Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst to join our Investment Portfolio Management team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual looking to grow their career in financial reporting and investment operations within a dynamic environment.
LOCATION
- This role sits onsite at our HQ in Jacksonville, FL.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and distributedaily, monthly, and quarterly investment reportsfor internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Develop and maintainsupporting schedulesfor the investment portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Performdaily reconciliationsof investment activity across multiple internal and external systems.
- Monitor and trackdaily cash balancesrelated to investment transactions, ensuring proper allocation and liquidity.
- Assist in themaintenance and enhancementof the investment database, including data validation and integrity checks.
- Manage thetrade settlement process, coordinating with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Supportad-hoc reporting and analysisrequests from senior management and other departments.
- Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and investment teams to ensure alignment and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Requires 0 – 3+ years of applicable experience in accounting, financial reporting, or operations.
- Working knowledge of fixed income securitiesand related accounting principles (e.g., amortization, accruals, fair value).
- Advanced knowledge of M365 product suite, specifically with Excel and the ability to perform pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience with investment accounting systems (e.g., Clearwater, PAM, Bloomberg, or similar platforms).
- Experience with Investment management software (e.g. InvestorTools Perform)
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
