We are seeking a skilled and motivated Native Mobile Developer with hands-on experience in both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SDK development, data capture mechanisms (e.g., camera, sensors, OCR, etc.), and some exposure to React/React Native for cross-platform collaboration.
This role involves building and maintaining mobile SDKs, integrating with device hardware, and ensuring seamless data collection from various input sources, while collaborating with front-end teams using React technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications and SDKs for Android and iOS.
• Build reusable components and libraries for data capture (camera, audio, sensor input, OCR, barcode scanning, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (React/React Native developers, product managers, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize performance and responsiveness of mobile features across different devices and OS versions.
• Work with security and privacy standards to ensure safe handling of captured data.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for mobile SDK and app frameworks.
• Stay up to date with mobile development trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
• Proven experience building and maintaining mobile SDKs for third-party integration.
• Hands-on experience with data capture technologies such as:
• Camera APIs
• OCR/text recognition (e.g., Vision, ML Kit)
• Barcode/QR scanning
• Microphone/audio capture
• Location/GPS
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js or React Native, with willingness to collaborate on cross-platform efforts.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and mobile data handling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing for mobile.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and guidelines.
