About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:
- Financial Services experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both in speaking and listening
- Competitive nature paired with strong ethical values
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior management experience, Master's Degree, or 3 years of sales experience (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of financial professionals
- Develop and maintain long-term financial strategies for clients
- Lead by example, providing mentorship and guidance to your team
- Facilitate client meetings and financial strategy sessions
- Drive your team’s success while focusing on your own leadership development
- Collaborate with upper management to ensure team and personal growth goals are met
