We are an Electrical Contractor doing Commercial Electrical work in the Houston area since 1977.
Concentrating largely on design build projects and private work, we are looking to expand our customer base and pursue additional project opportunities. Currently we are searching for the right individual to join out team. This individual would work alongside out existing personnel to achieve these goals. Although the inner office is naturally somewhat separate from the field operations, we promote an attitude of cooperation and support. Teamwork and communication is of the utmost importance.
- Specific skill sets can be taught but this individual will need to possess the ability to:
* Analyze Project Plans and Specifications
* Review Blueprints, Spec Documents and Electrical Details
* Develop Quantity and Type of Materials
* Prepare Detailed cost estimates utilizing both manual and software aided means
* Track and Manage actual project cost both in development of the project and while underway.
* Serve as a liaison between contractors and supply chains
* Provide cost analysis and recommendations to improve profitability
Experience in bidding programs such as Accubid a plus
Compensation will be competitive and will be based on selected individual's experience and
skill level.
